Description Jason H. 2005-05-04 21:54:34 UTC
The current Mach64 Driver lacks 16bbp support (like in XF86 3.3.?).

As the URL suggests (though an older bug), someone should probably bring the
16bpp support over if they're feeling bored, adventurous or just lucky.
Comment 1 Adam Jackson 2005-06-19 20:23:29 UTC
it should be noted that there _is_ 16bpp support for some cards supported by
atimisc, just not for all of them.
Comment 2 Daniel Stone 2007-02-27 01:26:37 UTC
Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.
Comment 3 Matt Turner 2010-12-03 12:11:37 UTC
Is this still a bug?
Comment 4 Sergey Svishchev 2010-12-03 13:58:00 UTC
Most likely, yes. (I have a GX-based card somewhere, had to replace it when 3.3.6 became obsolete...)

Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not
obviously still valid. Please reopen this bug or file a new report if you continue to experience issues with current releases.
