On Debian's i386 buildd, telepathy-glib 0.13.4-1 failed tests because test-connection-interests segfaulted. There's not much we can do about this until/unless we can reproduce the crash.

r+ from Sjoerd on IRC, fixed in git for 0.13.5. This does not affect 0.12.
