McdChannel is currently exported on D-Bus as the ChannelRequest, sometimes. This branch refactors channel requests to move a lot of the logic (not all of it, yet) into the McdRequest, and export the McdRequest as the ChannelRequest instead.

Those changes make sense to me. I'm happy to see this crappy code moving to a sane design :)

Fixed in git for 5.7.0. There are related changes on Bug #30000.
