The XDamage Extension needs manual pages in xc/lib/Xdamage or
xc/doc/man/lib/Xdamage.  Specifically, XDamageQueryExtension,
XDamageQueryVersion, XDamageCreate, XDamageDestroy, XDamageSubtract,
XDamageNotifyEvent.
