The piglit fbo-drawbuffers-maxtargets started failing with the glsl2 merge.

This test passes on swrast and softpipe.

$ ./bin/fbo-drawbuffers-maxtargets
The result should be increasing lengths of rows of green
boxes as the test increases the number of drawbuffers
targets used.

This test is fixed on i965 with the merge of the glsl2-loops branch. If llvmpipe has troubles with loops, this may now be fixed.

piglit fbo-drawbuffers-maxtargets passes on llvmpipe.
