Description Guillaume Desmottes 2010-08-03 05:07:31 UTC
At some point we should declare that the Messages interface is mandatory so CM and clients wouldn't have to bother using the old Text API.

So, I quickly looked at all our CM's to check which ones don't implement Messages yet:
* Gabble: OK
* Salut: OK
* Sofiasip: bug #29377
* Butterfly: OK
* Haze: OK
* Idle: bug #29378
* Sunshine: bug #29379
* Ring: OK

All CMs are not implementing Messages.
Is there more to do for making it mandatory?

Cherry-picked on Bug #26838 with the necessary changes to make it mandatory (changed annotation, many deprecations).
