It's hard to understand what's happening without traffic logs. If you're behind a NAT from the gateway, can you play with your keepalive interval setting and make sure it's below the NAT binding lifetime? I run WireShark & apply filter "sip" to understood what's going on. I not see any incoming connection then I go to my SIP provider site, EUREKA. I have got other account in the same SIP provider with assign this 00048224863477@sip.halonet.pl account. Wireshark for "sip" filter is very good for testing SofiaSIP. P.S. If I disable Keep-alive or give lower value from SIPProvider then my provider give me KeepAlive=30000msec even If I disable it. Best Regards Marcin Przysowa |
