Leaving this bug open until we have a Makefile rule to upload the docs (like telepathy-glib does), which would make it part of the normal release process. *** Bug 30243 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Here's a patch. Untested, because I don't intend to actually make a release until some more of my branches get reviewed.
