After succsessful instalation linux can not load any graphic environment.

the radeon driver is also missing the x700 PCI ids.  You can get it running by
forcing the chipid in the device section of your config to that of a similar
chip like the x300.
add this line to the device section of your config:
ChipID 0x5b60
