These don't seem to be a practical problem yet, but eventually Fargo should support them:

    # FIXME: fd.o #nnnnn: handle SetStreamHeld
    # FIXME: fd.o #nnnnn: handle StartTelephonyEvent, StopTelephonyEvent
    # FIXME: fd.o #nnnnn: pass STUNServers, CreatedLocally, NATTraversal,
    #   RelayInfo through to XMPP
