dmesg output with 2.6.32.3 vanilla kernel
This output has been generated with an unmodified kernel 2.6.32.3.
So the patch https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=30610 fixes your problem. Yakui, is that patch committed? Created attachment 32558 [details]
dmesg output with 2.6.32.3 patched kernel
This output has been generated with a modified kernel 2.6.32.3 including the patch mentioned in the description.
Yesterday I have tried a recent kernel from the Intel drm-next tree (2.6.33-rc3) and it failed the same way as described with the linux 2.6.32.3 vanilla kernel. Hi, Markus
The patch in comment #2 is only a workaround patch and it is not shipped. Now we have a correct patch to fix this issue.
Will you please try the following two patches in:
>http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/intel-gfx/2010-January/005363.html
Thanks.
