XEP-0100 specifies that gateways to a non-XMPP protocol SHOULD represent non-XMPP users as bare JIDs unless the non-XMPP protocol also has an equivalent of resources. However, the current Gabble codebase assumes that Jingle calls can't be made to (or by) users who've given us a bare-JID-only presence..
