Similarly, with a 2.6.31 kernel the Acer 1410 locks up when X starts unless the TV out is disabled. The lockup seems to happen significantly quicker when equipped with 4 GB RAM. Originally we have quirks for this in user modesetting driver, we probably need to port it to kernel if current detect method can't help. This one should be fixed in drm-intel-next. |
