To fix Bug #24875 I'm going to reimplement g_error_new_valist in mcd-misc.c. When we start depending on GLib 2.22 (which will probably happen indirectly, via telepathy-glib 0.11), we should revert this.

Fixed in 5.5.0, WONTFIX for 5.4.x
