Sometimes when moving between top-level windows, there seems to be a loop of enter/leave events (including cursor changes). No consistent way to reproduce but it happens more often with firefox -> other app. Seen even when moving from terminal to other simple apps.

Could be a rendering issue, usually when it happens the server is quite busy. No consistent way to reproduce yet it but it happens frequently.

I cant reproduce this anymore which leads me to think it is fixed.
