My 'undraft' branch follows on from Bug #22205 to add all the new classes from telepathy-spec 0.17.26, as well as Account and AccountManager.

My 'knowninterfaces' branch follows on from *that* to make them all safely extendable, and make the same change to the existing classes that weren't.

Regarding 'undraft':

> Methods on [svc-client] objects are primarily called by the Channel Dispatcher." isn't relevant to most tp-glib users. Saying something like "Clients (such as loggers, new message notification windows and chat UIs) should implement some or all of these interfaces; see the spec for details" might be good
