The contents should be removed, and replaced
with a README file pointing to the modular bits on fd.o.

As far as we know, all kdrive users are already using the
modular bits at this date, and we want to make sure no one
wastes their time on bits that have had no maintenance for
well over a year.

This should be release noted as well.

Additionally, any kdrive bits should be cleaned up from the xc/config/cf
files.
