Libxml2 is not used by xft/fontconfig; including it for no good reason
is bogus.  There had been plans to make it possible to use it rather than
expat, but these plans are no more.

Should be removed to prevent people making mistakes.

Hm, I don't see where Libxml2 is included at all.

Removed last bits of libxml2.
