I dont get a screen resolution higher that 832x624 and doesn't fit my monitor. It looks smaller than my monitor

i meant higher than 832x624

How about if you remove the xorg.conf (or move it to some other place)?
If it still fails, please attach Xorg.0.log with ModeDebug enabled in xorg.conf, according to http://intellinuxgraphics.org/how_to_report_bug.html.
