Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
startx, then play a video by mplayer. in the meanwhile, run "xrandr -q", the screen turns blank and  X hangs.below message comes out when we try to restart X after "pkill -9 X":
 Failure to wait for IRQ: Device or resource busy. 
 above message exists in startx after reboot. X can not start util we poweroff the machine and do a cold boot.
 this issue can be reproduced about one in three times.


Reproduce Steps:
------------------
1.xinit&
2. gnome-session&
3. xrandr -q

yes, it works well on 915gm ,945gm and g45

If this still occurs with master, please include intel_gpu_dump output.

This issue can not be reproduced with below commits:
