Using intel 2.6.1 I get 'dancing blurry boldy fonts', see screenshot. On 2.5.x this was also present, but it's less evident now.

Note the ugly Back and bgo words, they are half bolded, if i trigger a redraw (say hover over them) they will be 'fixed'.

Xorg.0.log, dmesg.

Sorry about that, I completely failed at good bug reporting there :-$.
But I have a good thing to say, I just tested a newer version from xorg-edgers:

xserver-xorg-video-intel (2:2.6.99.1+git20090127.57a02b50-0ubuntu0tormod) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Checkout from git 20090127 (master branch) up to commit
    57a02b50c60c10a25ff0f3cd93af9f37fa0d1b11

And I no longer have the problem. Also some other bugs like my resume problems have been resolved :). I still don't feel like marking my other reported problems as fixed. But this one is solved for now. Thanks and sorry for lack of good reporting.

Oops, marking fixed.
