Created attachment 21986 [details] Backtrace of xorg process when hanging Sometimes when I close a window, Xorg hangs and I cannot interact with the machine anymore (mouse pointer can still be moved, but no input, be it via mouse or keyboard is accepted). Logging in remotely in such a case revealed that the xorg process uses 100% CPU. System information: radeon driver 6.10 on an ati radeon mobile x 1400 xorg 7.4 on ubuntu intrepid compiz 0.7.8 Will attach a backtrace, hope that helps. I haven't found any action that triggers the hang, it just happens maybe once a week.
