Sinhala (Sri Lanka) keymap
I've attached the Sinhala (Sri Lanka) keymap. I think it has be placed in both:
xorg/xc/programs/xkbcomp/symbols
and
xorg/xc/programs/xkbcomp/symbols/pc
Thanks,
Harshula
Created attachment 1304 [details] [review] Diff for xc/programs/xkbcomp/rules/xorg* This is the patch for: xc/programs/xkbcomp/rules/{xorg,xorg.lst,xorg.xml} Please add the keymap and apply this patch ASAP. The Sinhala keymap has already been added to X keyboard Configuration Database: http://freedesktop.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/xlibs/xkbdesc/symbols/sin?rev=1.1&view=log Thanks, Harshula Created attachment 1421 [details]

Updated Sinhala (Sri Lanka) keymap
Just added some additional comments to the file.
Since this is already in xkeyboard-config and xorg base kbdata is not really maintained - I am closing this one... Feel free to reopen if you really need to have it in xkbdata (and find anyone to commit it there:) Hi Sergey, I agree it is time to close this bug. I run Fedora Core 5 and I use the lk Sinhala keymap which now ships with Xorg: # rpm -ql xorg-x11-xkbdata | grep symbols/lk /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/lk # head -1 /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/lk // $XKeyboardConfig: xkbdesc/symbols/lk,v 1.6 2006/01/09 21:43:27 svu Exp $ I guess Xorg now ships with xkbdesc? However, I noted that the lk keymap, though it is a slightly older version, is available here: http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/xorg/xc/programs/xkbcomp/symbols/pc/lk?rev=1.1&view=log ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- // $XdotOrg$ // $XKeyboardConfig: xkbdesc/symbols/lk,v 1.4 2005/08/04 22:15:10 svu Exp $ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Regards, Harshula |
