patch for VPATH build

A VPATH build of app/rstart (V 1.0.2) installs files in the wrong directory, and some files are not installed at all.

A patch is attached

Thanks for the patch. It was adapted
to current sources, and commited as
c1eea0c7fc893c983d9f692e9c8643709d093551
