Description Steve Chaplin 2008-07-17 21:41:39 UTC
Now that my Freedesktop account has been re-enabled
 (see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16528)
I discover I no longer have write access to
  cairographics.org:/srv/cairo.freedesktop.org/www/releases
and can no longer publish new software to this directory.

Can I have my write permission back?

Hi Steve, I not sure who you are - please don't take this as an insult - freedesktop has a lot of projects and I need someone on the cairo project to confirm this request.

Carl, can you please confirm Steve should have these permissions.

Hey there, Benjamin.

Steve maintains the python bindings for cairo.

I think this was a group ownership bug, (I had changed the directory from cairo-group ownership to the www-data group after battling some ikiwiki umask issues). I also think we resolved this a while ago.

Steve, please re-open the bug if there is still any problem.

Thanks,

-Carl
