Its a SAMSUNG 763 DFX - 17" CRT Monitor.

It does not detected it automatically and the resolution is always stuck at 800x600.

BTW the bugzilla is way too complicated to report bugs. I spent 5 minutes just to read all the sections and tried to make sense out of it - where to report this bug...does it have to be that difficult. ??

An Xorg.0.log file would be needed to find out what went wrong here.
