xorg server config

After new installation of Slackware 12.1 I have 100%cpu X freeze randomly or I can reproduce it via for example press "logout" in icewm menu.
Screen is freezing, I can move mouse cursor but without any interaction, keyboard dosnt respond on any action.


After freeze strace on X show:

2.6.24.5-smp / 2.6.24.5 / (mini and hudge version)
gcc version 4.2.3
X.Org X Server 1.4.0.90


Fresh Slackware 12.1 installation (on 11.0 all works well)
Nvidia GeForce 440
Tested Drivers in X (nvidia, nv, vesa)

Kernel with/without ACPI tested
