I had this patch on svn, that I later adapted
to X Server 1.4. But I don't know for sure who
possibly "fabricated" a git-commit.

  After inspecting some svn/git repositories, I
found that it should be linked to:

  If this patch isn't required anymore, please just
close bug report as invalid. But is has been being applied to
Mandriva X Server for quite some time...

This should be fixed by 734e115871ce98badb8800383c423493802ae3d3 as far
as I can tell.  Please reopen if you think it still applies.
