Well, your patch is not exactly valid. Could you please attach the result of "diff -u " command? I understand, you're new to all this stuff, so do not worry to much:) Also, I recommend reading http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/XKeyboardConfig/Rules. Especially about base.xml.in Created attachment 15550 [details] [review] patch for homophonic ua layout Sorry about that. Here are proper patches for symbols/ua and for rules/base.xml.in .
