Actually, it should also have some other changes to configure.ac
and src/Makefile.am, at least to follow the pattern used in other
drivers, as it would allow making a simpler patch to enable other
options, including support for hidden symbols and verbose gcc
compile options.
  But probably better to wait if there is some consensus/response
about the proposed patch to xorg/util/macros, xorg/xserver, and
clashing symbols in libraries.
