Patch to make lib/libpciaccess/src/common_interface.c compile on Mac OS X

On Mac OS X (10.4.11) this file produces errors:

The attached patch makes it compile.

This isn't really a bug.  libpciaccess should only be needed if you're building the xfree86 DDX, which isn't the case on OSX.
