XExtensionInfo, XRRExtensionName, XRRFindDisplay, _XRRHasRates and
_XRRVersionHandler are internal to libXrandr, and shouldn't be exported.

    XExtensionInfo, XRRExtensionName, XRRFindDisplay, _XRRHasRates and
    _XRRVersionHandler are internal to libXrandr.  Don't export them.
