Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Ctrl+P
3) Click the 'Details' label underneath the printer list
4) Notice the page preview to the left refreshes

Regression as this doesnt happen in 4.0.6. Likely caused by the conversion to the new UI.

Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+

Thanks - there are more moments where refreshing happens in this dialog that I've the idea that it's unneeded.

Reproducible with LO 4.4.0.0.beta1 (Win 8.1). But I don't know if this refresh is necessary (I am not a programmer).
But what I also recognized is that, after the refresh the page preview border gets broken. Do you have the same?

Would be good to figure those ones out to have them all in the bug report. :D

Not happening here on Linux. Maybe put in a screenshot. :D
