Problem description: Libreoffice frequently segfaults when closing the application.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a writer document
2. write write edit edit
3. save
4. close libreoffice

Current behavior:

often libreoffice segfaults with

Expected behavior:

The application should close smoothly

This happens systematically when the document includes equations rendered with the texmaths extension using svg rendering.

Not sure if the problem is in the generic Linux version or in the version shipped by Ubuntu.
Please, could you attach a document showing the problem. Without a test document it is not easy to try to reproduce this behavior.

Just installed 4.1.1.  First impression is that this issue does not happen anymore. But I need to check for some longer time.
